De Morgen

Flemish newspaper De Morgen published an article about Twitter’s recent removal of over 50 accounts for hate speech violations. ⠀
⠀
The only opinion the article included was that of Dries van Langenhove, who complained it was an action against freedom of speech. The article does not even mention the hate speech the accounts were banned for.⠀
⠀
To put it simply, if you break the community guidelines of a private company you signed up to, this is what happens. Twitter is allowed to decide for itself what content to allow, and they forbid hate speech. De Morgen should have mentioned this. ⠀
